PRINCIPLE OF UNCERTAINTY
Juxtaposing a desert landscape with interior spaces of a displaced community and the abandoned tools of an archaeological excavation, the photographs evoke a sense of loss.
The images are constructed in diptyches and triptychs, interspersed with empty spaces. Printed very pale in monochrome, the large empty spaces of the page around the images suggest time passing.
Includes an essay written by Ian Jeffrey.
